I absolutely loathed this game and regretted trading Dragon Warrior for it when I was a kid.

I went through phases with Dragon Warrior... I'd beat it, then not want to play it, trade it for another game, then want to play it again, go get it... rinse and repeat.

The only good game I ever traded Dragon Warrior for was probably Crystalis...

Trading away games can be rough; I can only think of about two games I've ever gotten rid of (Star Soldier and Blades of Steel), but I really wouldn't mind having them around.

Of course, no matter how notable Dragon Warrior is, Crystalis was definitely the right way to go.

My games experience largely consisted of trading one game for another since my library consisted of a big shoebox of games that my father was lucky enough to get for around 40 bucks at the time. The NES was never a priority at my house, heh.

I realize it's only consoles, but it seems kind of unfair to exclude the DS from the new poll...

Thought about the DS, but then I'd also have to add Game Boy, Game Boy Color, and Game Boy Advance, and...

Aw, shoot. I forgot Virtual Boy.

The Virtual Boy made me so ridiculously sick when I tried it at Sears...

Well, technically, you could probably scrape by with the Advance and DS, since the Advance grandfathers in all the other games...
